As I was reading about Ashley Stevanovich, I noticed that she has an intense interest in flowers. More particularly, state flowers. State flowers are usually studied in elementary school, and of course, I am automatically catapulted back into memories of school where I studied various types of flowers.
I can understand why Ashley Stevanovich has such a fascination for flowers and the uniquness they bring to each state. This type of uniqueness even prompted some first ladies to bring attention to the state flower. And, Ashley Stevanovich has followed suit. While Ms. Stevanovich is a resident of South Florida and is involved locally with state flower prominence, she also expands her interest in these flowers nationally. Next time you take a drive through each of our 50 states, look at the state flowers and how they are displayed. You will come to understand why Ashley Stevanovich is so interested in these natural beauties.
